Perform cyclical re-inspection of all existing personal property. This enables RRC to both collect all new accounts and to identify and collect notable existing accounts each year. RRC has been doing these appraisals since the DOR began mandating them in fiscal year 2021. In fiscal year 2022, RRC performed these appraisals in over 125 communities in Massachusetts, making them the leader in providing Class 504 public utility appraisals in the state.
