RRC PERSONAL PROPERTY CLOUD SOFTWARE

Our RRC cloud-based personal property appraisal software is the most advanced personal property software available. This software is used in more than 100 Massachusetts communities. Upgrades are continuously made to our software based upon the input, suggestions and needs of our clients.

Our software is hosted on remote (Amazon) servers. This provides a significant benefit to our software clients, as the database is always live.

Our cloud-based software offers the following:

• An integrated report writer that can create custom reports using any fields within the database.
• The ability to print the forms of list for all accounts. All pertinent information is integrated onto these forms.
• Direct access within the system to the Massachusetts Corporation Book and the Massachusetts Secretary of State Website.
• Upon conversion to this software, automatic frozen files will be established for each previous Fiscal Year going forward.
• Google map link to view the particular personal property account.
